Jetstream ONX Description
The standard NVIDIA cooler towers 18mm above the Jetson Orin NX and weighs over 50g. Thinner and lighter cooler is required for intelligent UAVs and space constrained applications.
Jetstream ONX is under 10mm thin and weighs 30g, making it 40% thinner and lighter than the standard cooler, yet it provides higher cooling performance which enables cooling the Jetson Orin NX in MAXN SUPER mode.

Ultra thin aluminum vapor chamber
The base plate of Jetstream ONX is an ultrathin pulsating heatpipe, a state-of-the-art phase transition mechanism that ensures low resistance heat transfer independent of gravity.
Optimized Surface Area and airflow
Jetstream ONX has a nearly twice the surface area of the standard cooler in a much smaller volume. This is achieved using ultra thin aluminum zipper fin array, configured to maximize airflow of the in-plane fan by eliminating dead-zones of mismatch between the fan blade velocity and the direction of the air channel.
Compatible with liquid metal
Liquid Metal can reduce the junction temperature of Jetson Orin NX by up to 5ºC.
Jetstream ONX has a dedicated Nickel-plated Copper pedestal to ensure compatibility with liquid metal.
