Assembly Instructions
- Remove the Jetson SoM from carrier
- Remove the old heatsink from Jetson SoM and clean die thoroughly
- Apply thermal paste on die
- Assemble Jetstream ONX onto Jetson.
Note: Ensure the heatplate indentations line up directly over the two corner mounting holes on the Jetson. - Tighten 4 screws
Note: no need to use the leaf spring. Jetstream spacing is very accurate - Connect the fan header of Jetstream to the carrier
- Mount the Jetson SoM onto the carrier
Software configuration
Jetstream ONX has a 7000+ RPM fan. For optimal cooling fan profile needs to be adjusted.
- Download Jetstream ONX nvfancontrol.conf
- Replace /etc/nvfancontrol.conf with the downloaded file
- Restart nvfancontrol service
sudo systemctl restart nvfancontrol
